New office is a boatload of fun

Come on over, sit on the deck and sip on a little something with me. Some idiot left their boat parked right in front of my door. Jeeeez. Peole these days. So this is the new office in Newport Beach. Not much going on yet, just got the key today. Woooo hooo, sail on over, we will tie you down. Or maybe tie you up. What is the difference, down, up? Wendi
