My front door!
Walked outside this morning, on Valentine’s day and found a big heart taped to my door.
It turns out that there is a cupid in Boulder that puts hearts on the doors of Pearl Street. They are everywhere.
How cool is that?
This is a special place and there is a reason that people love Boulder. The people here are involved, connected and generous with their time, ideas and expertise.
The support for business and start ups is off the hook. This is a place where your business and personal life can thrive. I am really happy I moved here.
Yesterday I went cross country skiing for the first time. Ugh.
It was either the agony of going up steep hills or the sheer terror of going down the hill with no control.
I didn’t find the joy in it. The snow was lovely. Oh… and the 80 mph wind gusts made it fun. When you are on x country skis and the gusts hit you they sort of just take you away.
I will stick to chair lifts to take me up the hill. Seriously, why would anyone want to herrringbone up a hill in skis on purpose!
Even so, it was a great day. My new Boulder friends are amazing!
On this Valentines Day, I wish for you love, passion, serenity or solitude.
I think the poetry contest will be really fun. I can’t wait to read your poems while adding a little hypnotic juice to them.
Lots and lots of love to you today and always.
