A Massive Apology. Please Read.

Things have been bad at the Wendi.com headquarters.

I was betrayed, and I am going to fix it.

I recently discovered something that has stunned me.

If you are a customer or a follower or a fan of Wendi.com and the work that I do, you have probably been affected by this.


My customer service team was slacking off, ignoring phones, answering emails only once a week. I just found out that this has been going on for many months, despite their insistance that everything is fine.

I am crushed. Angry. Confused.

It is very hard for me to tell you about this, but I am determined to fix it fast.


First, I would like you to watch this video so you can understand why I want to reach out to you and what I am going to do about it.


You are my friends and extended family and your support has meant a lot.

I will find a way to make it up to you. I promise.
This is hard.
